Natali has worked in a variety of childcare settings over the last 11 years. Natali has been a teachers assistant, camp counselor, and nanny. She also has experience in adult caregiving with hospice patients and adults with physical disabilities. Natalie has cared for children of all ages, from 0 to 12. When spending time with children, she enjoys imaginative play, nature walks, creating art with "found objects", and cooking with children to help grow interested and foster age-appropriate independence. Natali is inspired by child-led activities such as playing pretend.

In her free time, Natali enjoys going to yoga, walks, playing and composing music, and cooking
